If it's too hot to bake on my birthday (May 5), then I will substitute the pineapple upside-down cake with
Filipino Fruit Salad
 [Similar to ambrosia with lots of coconut (strings, balls, gels -- you name it, the coconut has it) and no marshmallows.] |
