This locomotive was built by longtime SCLS member Bud Marvel. In 1991 It was donated to the city of Torrance and put on display in city hall. There is a stipulation to have SCLS members give rides at Wilson park as part of the donation. For logistical reason the SCLS members have only ran it a few times in the last 30 years. With city hall having a recent rearranging of items it was move to the SCLS grounds for display and to occasionally give rides to the public. |
