Well when drilling out one of the broken bolts for the steering the bolt pice screwed into the transmission. We pulled the top of the shifter housing off and lucky I had a long magnet in my tool box and I got it out. Rory and I got a heli coil tread repair kit and some new grade 8 bolt from the loco hardware store. We put everything back together and the steering works good. Next we will grease the front end and change the transmission oil as it looked milky so maybe it has some water in it. |
