Actually they’re not building a homeless encampment. They have a large tarp and they’re covering up all of Rory Halloween displays. He started setting up on Sunday but he has to go to work he won’t be back till Thursday morning to finish setting up all of his displays for the Friday and Saturday Halloween night runs. Rorys Halloween display area is the big graveyard, its always a big hit with the crowds. He Does a really nice job. |
