I hope everyone had a Happy New Year! We have big plans for this year. We have many track and facility improvements on-going and many more beginning soon. We are experiencing a time of growth, not only in our membership (and vegetation) but in the quality and level of service we are providing the public. We will have two run days each month, starting March 21st. We are launching "Story Time" at the station, during run days, and we will be hosting a special run day for all the Kindergartners in the Torrance Unified School District (March 2nd). It is time for everyone to get onboard the "Work Train" and do everything needed to continue to provide the highest level of service and safety possible to the community. I will continue to invite anyone who wants to help out around the track to do so. If you are not sure what needs to be done, someone is at the track every Saturday by 10:00 or 11:00.A.M. Please volunteer for one or more of our working committees, by writing your name on the list posted on the bulletin board. We welcome new members. To find out how to become a member or if you just want to learn more about our organization, please contact the club members at the information tent, on run days, or come to one of our meetings which are every 3rd Saturday at 10:30 A.M.
